We act for a range of businesses on IP issues including start-ups and SMEs, where we help guide clients on the creation, protection and development of IP assets. We also act for larger clients on strategy and exploitation of IP assets, including enforcement and monetisation.

The majority of our work is done in the UK, EU and English-speaking countries, such as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. However we are part of an international network of associate firms which enables us to file, protect, exploit and enforce IP  assets globally on behalf of clients.

We are members of the International Trademark Association (INTA), giving us access to trade mark support on a worldwide basis.

Historically, a great deal of our work has involved trade mark advice and protection but we are equally well known for the support we provide on copyright, registered designs, unregistered design rights, patent, know-how and confidential information and trade secrets.

We can help clients locally or globally, as the situation demands, and provide a single source of support and guidance on IP issues.
