What We Do

We are, above all, a specialist practice. Our areas of experience cover many varied areas of law, including data protection, trade marks, competition, copyright, contract, tort, consumer law, e-commerce and internet law. Within these areas of law, we provide leading support and advice.

Our focus is on the application of legal advice and support in a commercial context. For many clients we act effectively as virtual in-house counsel, being the first point of contact for legal issues and working with management to address and find solutions to legal problems.

Our approach is hands-on and we work with clients in the way that best suits them. We provide strategy advice at board level, we draft and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients and we see the entire contractual or transactional process through from start to finish.

In everything we do, we act to protect our client’s core business interests and help manage risk.
